​Christian is an experienced trial attorney. Christian is a former Prosecutor where he litigated countless criminal cases for the State of Florida. For both the State and in private practice, Christian has argued motions and appeals on a great variety of issues, and he has also conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials. Christian knows how to try cases

Prior to being selected to serve the citizens of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney, Christian was a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Florida. Christian worked directly for the justices of the Supreme Court where he analyzed petitions and advised the Court on various legal and factual issues in both civil and criminal law matters.

Christian handles cases of both probate administration and probate litigation as well as complex will contest cases.

Tim has been a trial attorney since 2001.  is a veteran of the Army's elite 75th Ranger Regiment.  Tim's experience as an Airborne Ranger taught him how to react smartly under pressure.
